LIFETIME INSTALLATION WARRANTY WITH A "ONE-TIME OOPSIE"
The "One-Time Oopsie"
NO-BULL EPOXY is the only company in the world that has a lifetime warranty with our exclusive "One-Time Oopsie." Go ahead, Google it. When we wanted our floors coated, we couldn't find an installer that truly backed their work. If you want a floor that lasts as long as you do, NO-BULL EPOXY is your only option. Our "One-Time Oopsie" is simple: if you drop a crankshaft, dumbbell, Stanley cup (not naming names) or anything else on your floor and damage it, call us. Whether it happens one day after installation or 10 years later, we'll show up and repair the damage free of charge.
A win you can only get with NO-BULL EPOXY: Customers who claim their "One-Time Oopsie" will meet with a NO-BULL EPOXY representative after the repair is complete for a photo of that repair, where they can tell their story of what they did to damage the floor. Those photos and stories get uploaded to our Winners Circle — because claiming your "One-Time Oopsie" is a win, and it's a win you can only get with NO-BULL EPOXY.
What the "One-Time Oopsie" covers
Any damage you accidentally did to the floor — as long as it fits inside a one-foot square.
What the "One-Time Oopsie" does not cover
- Concrete shifting, settling, or movement — and any cracks it causes.
- Wear from normal use, including heavy-traffic areas and vehicle paths (turning, braking, and repeated driving).
- Cracks that were filled. Cracks are pre-existing structural damage that cannot be fixed with crack filler — crack filler is not an engineered structural repair.
Product Warranty
If the coating product is faulty — chunky, separating, or anything else that could possibly be wrong with it — your warranty covers it 100%.
At the end of the day, you did not buy the product, so this is not your fight to fight. NO-BULL EPOXY bought the product, so NO-BULL EPOXY will file the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
Defective product will not be applied to your floor, and if defects appear during or after application, the product will be promptly removed from the floor.
You will still get your entire floor coated immediately for the agreed-upon price.
LIFETIME INSTALLATION WARRANTY
Our Installation Warranty is for interior concrete floors. No wood or outdoor surfaces are covered.
NO-BULL EPOXY warrants that the coating system will be properly installed according to our installation procedures and product specifications.
This warranty covers failure of the coating system caused directly by improper installation or workmanship by NO-BULL EPOXY, including qualifying cases of:
- Delamination caused by improper surface preparation.
- Premature coating failure caused by improper installation.
- Failure of the coating system resulting from an installation error attributable to NO-BULL EPOXY.
- Peeling or lifting caused by inadequate preparation of the concrete, where NO-BULL EPOXY EPOXY is responsible for that preparation.
If a covered failure occurs, NO-BULL EPOXY will inspect the affected area and, where the failure is determined to be covered by this warranty, repair or replace the affected coating at no charge for labour or materials.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This is an installation warranty, not a warranty against normal aging or damage caused by use of the floor.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear & Tear
Coatings are subjected to traffic, vehicles, tires, dirt, chemicals and general use. Scratches, scuffs, loss of gloss, surface wear and other deterioration resulting from normal use are not considered installation defects.
Vehicle Abrasion
Repeated vehicle traffic, turning tires, braking, spinning tires, dragging tires, heavy equipment and similar abrasion can eventually wear a coating surface. Such wear is considered normal use and is not covered.
Concrete or Substrate Problems
NO-BULL EPOXY cannot warranty defects originating within the concrete itself, including:
- Moving or structural cracks.
- New cracking or shifting of the concrete.
- Cracks that were filled. Cracks are pre-existing structural damage that cannot be fixed with crack filler — crack filler is not an engineered structural repair.
- Moisture coming through the slab.
- Hydrostatic pressure.
- Concrete failure or deterioration.
- Contamination originating from within the concrete.
- Previously existing damage or defects.
Cracks & Crack Filler
This warranty does not cover cracks that were filled. Cracks are pre-existing structural damage that cannot be fixed with crack filler — crack filler is not an engineered structural repair. It is a cosmetic, materials-only measure used to bridge a crack before coating; it does not stop the crack from moving, reopening, or telegraphing through the coating over time.
Oil, Grease & Other Contamination
If a coating peels, delaminates or crumbles and inspection reveals oil, grease, chemical contamination or another bond-breaking substance beneath the coating, the failure may not be covered.
NO-BULL EPOXY cannot warranty adhesion to a contaminated substrate where the contamination prevents proper bonding.
Areas Not Properly Prepared Due to Existing Conditions
Proper mechanical preparation is critical to coating adhesion.
If failure occurs in an area where inspection reveals that the concrete was contaminated, excessively weak, damaged, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for proper preparation, that failure may not be covered.
Where a failure exposes an oil stain, contamination, unprepared concrete, or another condition that prevented proper adhesion, the affected area will be considered outside the warranty unless NO-BULL EPOXY determines that the condition resulted from our workmanship.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your coating has experienced a failure covered by this warranty, contact NO-BULL EPOXY within 7 days.
Do not attempt to repair, remove or modify the affected area before NO-BULL EPOXY has had an opportunity to inspect it.
NO-BULL EPOXY may require photographs, an on-site inspection, or other information necessary to determine the cause of the failure.
The determination of whether a failure is caused by installation or workmanship will be made following inspection of the affected area by a qualified 3rd party inspector.
